Looter Game Description

Silent as a cardboard box, swift as a shadow! Step into the shoes of a master thief in Looter, the ultimate game of high-stakes pillaging.

Looter is a thrilling Stealth Puzzle that demands strategic planning and nerves of steel. Your mission? Infiltrate heavily guarded mansions and strip them of every valuable treasure. But this is no ordinary heist—security guards are on high-pressure patrols, and your only weapon is your wits... and a very trusty cardboard box.

The magic of Looter lies in the Stop-and-Go strategy: sprint for riches the second a guard turns away, and become perfectly still the moment their flashlight sweeps by. As you progress, the guard routes become complex mazes. Can you hit your target value and reach the getaway car before you’re busted?

How to Play Looter

Survival depends on mastering the art of the “Box Stealth.”

🕹️ Core Mechanics

Move & Hide Logic:
- Action: Drag to move your thief. You must stay out of the guards’ fan-shaped field of vision while in motion.
- Stealth: Release your finger/mouse to stop moving, and you will instantly hide under a cardboard box. In “Box Mode,” guards can walk right past you without noticing a thing!
Automated Looting: Simply move over an item to collect it. Watch your value counter in the top-left to track your progress toward the goal.
Patrol Dynamics: As levels increase, guards move faster, have wider vision cones, and use unpredictable patrol patterns. You may even face multiple guards with overlapping search zones.
Victory Conditions: Collect all required items + Hit the value goal + Reach the getaway car safely.

Controls

Sneak: Click and Drag (PC) or Slide (Mobile) to control movement.
Instant Cover: Release to instantly transform into a cardboard box.
Reset: Stuck in a corner? Click the Reset button to restart the challenge immediately.

Your ultimate mission: Ransack the room and vanish without a trace!

Hit the Target: Loot items until your total value meets the goal displayed in the top-left corner.
Stay Invisible: Never move while inside a guard’s vision cone. If you’re caught in motion, the mission ends instantly.
The Grand Escape: Once the loot is secured and the value is met, dash to the getaway car to trigger the engine and disappear into the night!

Frequently Asked Questions about Looter games

How do I avoid being caught by security?

Observe before you move! At the start of each level, study the guard’s patrol route and vision range. Identify Safe Zones and Timing Windows. Never move blindly; wait for the guard to turn their back before making your move toward the loot.

What is the most efficient way to loot and escape?

Start with items on the edges of the room first. Guards typically focus their attention on the central areas, making middle-of-the-room heists much riskier. Move in stages: grab one item, find a safe spot to box up, and wait for the next opening.

Why was I caught even though I was under the box?

Timing is everything! If a guard’s vision cone touches you before you have fully stopped and entered “Box Mode,” you will be detected. You must anticipate the guard’s movement and hide before the light hits you.
