• Tetromino & Playfield Mechanics: The seven distinct tetromino shapes spawn randomly at the top of the playfield and lock into place once they land on the bottom boundary or other stacked tetrominoes. A horizontal line is cleared when fully filled; blocks above the cleared line then drop down to fill the gap automatically。
• Scoring Rules: Points increase with the number of lines cleared in a single move. A single line clear awards 10 points, with points scaling upward for multi-line clears。
• Level & Speed Correlation: Game level advances as lines are cleared, accelerating tetromino fall speed. Players must continuously adapt to the increasing pace to sustain play。
• Game Interface: Displays HI-SCORE, total lines cleared, current level, upcoming tetromino preview, and elapsed time。
• Game Over Condition: The game ends when a new spawning tetromino cannot be placed within the playfield, i.e., the stack reaches the top boundary of the playfield, resulting in a top-out。

Game Controls

• Keyboard Controls: Press W for direct drop, A to move left, D to move right, S for quick drop, and Spacebar to rotate the active tetromino to adjust its orientation.

Why can't the blocks rotate sometimes?

Rotation is restricted by spatial obstacles such as walls or other blocks. Plan your path in advance.

Does the game speed keep increasing?

Yes. As the level rises, the falling speed of blocks gradually increases.

Can keyboard and mouse controls be used at the same time?

Yes. The two control methods do not interfere with each other. Players can switch flexibly according to personal habits, such as using the keyboard to control movement and the mouse to click for rotation to enhance operational comfort.

Are there any other changes when leveling up besides faster block speed?

No. Leveling up only accelerates the falling speed of blocks. Core game rules, operational logic, and score multiplier calculation method remain unchanged. Players only need to adapt to the faster rhythm.
