How to Play hexanaut io

Core Gameplay

Leaving your territory creates a "tail"; loop around unclaimed hexes and return to your base to claim them.

Elimination Mechanic

Cut opponents’ tails to eliminate them. Head-on collisions result in mutual elimination. Your own territory is a safe zone.

King Mode

As King, you gain a speed boost and full map visibility, but your position is exposed. Keep your territory above 20% to secure victory.

Your main goal is to become the King and maintain a territorial advantage. Occupying 20% of the map will crown you King, granting extra speed and visibility of all players on the mini-map. You must maintain your territory above 20% during a 3-minute countdown or eliminate all opponents to win.
